We've been dealing with a leak in my son's pool since April. We had called another company to come check it and they made minor repairs but the leak continued. So they had to come back but the leak continued. They couldn't pinpoint where the leak was coming from. We decided to call PoolCare365 this past Friday and they came out Saturday afternoon. They found the leak within about 20 minutes of being there and temporarily fixed the leak. They are professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend PoolCare365. Thank you so very much for your service!

We had a fantastic experience! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They converted our pool to saltwater in just a couple of hours, and the pricing was very reasonable. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool services!

I am very happy with the work they did. They were responsible, fast, and always answered my questions. The pool turned out spectacular, and the process was much easier than I thought. I would definitely work with them again.

I purchased a home with a pool that had several major issues — a broken pump, damaged filter, and leaks.
Sheik at PoolCare365 was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain the problems, walk me through my options, and share best practices for proper pool care.
Before coming here, I visited two other pool stores where the service was poor and focused on pushing products rather than actually helping solve the problem. Sheik’s honesty, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out.
After finding Sheik, I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else for pool care.
I highly recommend giving him the opportunity to help with any pool needs — big or small.
Our family is grateful to have found Sheik and PoolCare365!

I can't say enough good things about poolcare365! From the friendliness, professionalism and high quality of work.
I had just moved into a new property and the pool equipment needed a lot of attention to say the least. Sheik came out the same day that I called to take a look. He took time to listen to what I wanted and provided an estimate the same day. Prices were very reasonable. This was not exactly a small job either! Sheik and Levi arrived promptly on the day we agreed to and got to work.
The quality of the work is absolutely outstanding. It was a night and day difference from what it was before. I feel very good putting my trust into poolcare365 and I now have top of the line energy efficient equipment with the reassurance that they will be available to answer any questions I may have.
Highly recommended!

Shiek is the only guy I found to be responsive to my pool repair inquiry. He is honest and does good work. This alone makes him stand out from his competition. I will use him when needed going forward.
